Before you fly
Book your vehicle online with pickup and return dates, flight number if known, and your preferred contact (phone or WhatsApp). After we confirm availability, you will receive a quote and instructions to pay the non-refundable booking fee — this secures your reservation and is deducted from your rental total.
Have your passport, home driving licence, and a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) ready for the insurance deductible hold at pickup. If your licence is from outside the OECS or CARICOM, plan to obtain a local temporary driver’s permit ($24 USD) before driving off the airport — see our driver’s permit guide.
At the airport
On arrival, collect your luggage and follow the instructions in your confirmation message. A team member will meet you at the agreed location with your vehicle. We walk through the vehicle condition, rental agreement, and any questions about navigation or hotel delivery.
If your flight is delayed, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can — reservations are honoured for up to two hours after the scheduled pickup time; after that, contact us to avoid a no-show status.
Returning your vehicle
For airport returns, coordinate your drop-off time in advance. Allow enough time before your departure for a quick inspection and paperwork. Many guests also choose office or hotel delivery for returns — ask our team when you book.
