Our rental agreements come with unlimited mileage, allowing you the freedom to explore without worrying about mileage restrictions.

Rentals operate on a 24-hour daily period, providing flexibility in your travel plans. Additional charges may apply for late returns.

Enjoy the convenience of complimentary delivery and pickup services within St. George's. Please coordinate with our team to arrange these services.

An insurance deductible of $1,125.00 USD will be placed on hold with a Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) in case of damage or loss.

Renters licensed in an OECS or CARICOM member state are required to register at one of the Police Stations on arrival. Registration is free and is valid for 6 months. If they wish to drive off the airport, they will have to purchase a local temporary driver's permit ($24.00 USD).

Renters who are not from an OECS or CARICOM member state are required to obtain a local temporary driver's permit before driving in Grenada. The permit fee is $24.00 USD.

A Value Added Tax of 15% will be applied to all rental charges as mandated by local regulations.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your reservation once availability is confirmed.

The booking fee is deducted from your rental total. It is separate from the refundable security deposit required at pickup.

Our team will send a secure card authorization form to collect the booking fee after your request is approved.

Should you desire to prolong your rental duration, we are pleased to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Simply reach out to us after leaving our facility to communicate your intended date and time for the extension. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your credit or debit card to cover the additional rental period. Cash renters are required to provide an additional deposit at Nedd's Rentals & Services facility. Failure to have adequate funds or make necessary payments may result in the denial of your extension request, requiring the return of the rental vehicle by the original return date and time.

Reservations remain valid and honored for up to two hours following the scheduled pickup time. Should the vehicle not be collected within this timeframe, your reservation status will be marked as a 'No Show'. To prevent any issues, we kindly request that you notify us if there are changes to your requested vehicle pickup time.

For rental transactions, the renter must provide a credit or debit card under their own name, with adequate available funds. Please note that if the credit or debit card belongs to someone else, including spouses, Nedd's Rental & Services will be unable to proceed without the signed authorization from the card holder.
